Description
Under Tools.Options.Load/Save.HTMLcompatibility the user may now
select whether during HTML import into a Calc spreadsheet numbers are
interpreted according to the English-US locale instead of the user's
locale. The old mechanism that tried to automatically detect this for
each and every number, but didn't work in all cases, was removed. The
locale selected affects parsing of all numerical content, also date
and time, not just numbers.
Note that this setting currently also affects the number recognition
of the RTF import, as did the automatism used before.
