It's language "cop", country "EG". The combined strings are only
constructed as needed, depending on usage. Coptic isn't treated
differently from other locales here.

it was just to emphasize the use of "-" instead of "_"
so , i guess this "cop_EG" is correct and not what is in the
announcement. Not so important though (have to take care for
lingucomponent project though)
