To support extensions package developing in better way following two
changes in template component was introduced:
- The template layer can now contain "groupuinames.xml" file that
allows to specify for each subfolder of the template layer the UI name
of the group that should include the templates. The dtd specification
can be found in "framework/dtd/groupuinames.dtd" file.
The algorithm is following: for each subfolder of the template layer a
UI name in the mentioned xml file is seached, if there is no the old
way to detect the UI name is used ( if the folder name is one of
hardcoded names, the related UI name is generated, otherwise the
folder name is used as UI name of the group ).
- It is not possible to change/delete a template installed by an
extension or preinstalled by office installation using Template
Manager dialog or the "File/New/Templates and Documents" dialog.
