Reason for this change: Enable automatic issue generation for valgrind
tools
If you don't perform this special tasks, you don't need to do something.
This change alone doesn't enable valgrind tools in automated testing;
The whole procedure will be found in the wiki, later.
Since valgrind only exists on Linux this also only works/is tested on
Linux.
If testlauncher is started with parameter --valgrind, a file called
$HOME/tcs.txt is created, with the name of the .bas file (The first
character is '/' which will always get cut off)
If you don't know the testlauncher, just make sure that the file is
created
and contains the name of the .bas file, if you want to make use of
automated valgrind tests.
