*Description*

Removing some unnecessary display options. These options were
historically added to very early office versions due to at that time
limited ressources (16bit times). These options were switched off in
the configuration for a long time. The following features are affected:
- Picture Placeholders: Force picture objects to show an empty frame
with the default 'could-not-access-picture' icon in it
- Contour mode: Thick lines are suppressed, they are just replaced
with hairlines
- Text Placeholders: The text is not painted but a crossed-out
hairline box for each text portion
- Line Contour Only: The fill is suppressed (with exception handling
when the object has no outline)
The Options toolbar in Draw and in Impress has 4 buttons less which
were for draft display modes: 'Picture Placeholders', 'Contour mode',
'Text Placeholders' and 'Line Contour Only'.
The Tools/Options/StarOfficeCalc/View the Group 'Objects' with the
three DropDown boxes misses the 'Placeholder' entry, only 'Show' and
'Hide' remain.
