The major version of OOo that can be used with the environment will be
stored in the file
qa/qatesttool/global/version.txt
e.g. for OOH680 / OOo 2.4:
[EnvironmentVersion]
Current=OOH
DisplayName=2.4.x
If the OOo version doesn't start with OOH (case independant) the
environment refuses to work, giving a messagebox and a warnlog.
The checking is disabled, by either removing the version.txt file, or
the setting:
Current=HEAD
This change will be effective when the branch for OOo 2.4 is created.
