Since integration of CWS sb83 - 3 layer distribution - you do not have
everything in one place; What is formerly found by global variable
gNetzOfficePath is now spread over basis and brand layer;
gNetzOfficePath will still point to the brand layer, since there it is
the major use.
The new variable gOfficeBasisPath, will instead point to the basis layer.
It is backwards compatible, for older OOo versions, it points to the
same destination as gNetzOfficePath.
It is the evaluation of the 'basis-link' pointer:
