The INDEX() spreadsheet function now supports the return of an entire
vector of a 2D array if the corresponding row respectively column
parameter is given a 0 argument. This aligns with the behavior of
other spreadsheet applications and the definition given in the OASIS
ODFF/OpenFormula specification available at
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/documents.php?wg_abbrev=office-formula
