Unfortunately, it is not possible to install an xslt-transformation
filter as a part of extension in OOo2.4. The problem is fixed in
OOo3.0, thus the new base line for the new versions of the extension
is moved to OOo3.0 As result the users of the OOo2.4 will not be able
to install the new version of the extension.
