*Description*

Form control buttons feature two events which are fired when the
button is pressed, one to veto the actual firing, and one to do an
actual action associated with the button.

Formerly, they were called "Before commencing" and "When initiating",
and as such a constant source of confusion, since it was non-obvious
which event to use for which purpose.

This situation hopefully improved a little bit with renaming the
events (in the property browser) to "Approve action" and "Execute action".
