feature/ipv6 is created.

Brad, when you push, just push “refs/for/feature/ipv6” instead of master, and
add cr-tc to the review when you’re ready for us to take a look.

That's excellent Brad! Ry, can you create a feature/ipv6 branch for Brad to use?

Thanks,
Josh

I have a prototype for supporting the thin client on a pure IPv6 network. At
this time, it only works on Linux, but the AJTCL basic_client and AJTCL
basic_server can communicate via a remote router.

I have not done any testing of standard core clients, There is likely work that
needs to be done in this area.
Other platforms such as windows and arduino are not supported

The changes to both the Standard core Name service and the thin client are
large. I would like to have a branch were the core team can look at what has
been done.

How should we proceed?
