I apologize for the wide distribution. Currently [0], in core, we have
two versions of the introspection DTD/XSD:

[1] introspect.xsd 1.0 version 1 (currently served)
[2] introspect.xsd 1.0 version 2 (currently only in git)
[3] diff between [1] [2]

[4] introspect-1.0.dtd, depends on [1] (currently served)
[5] introspect-1.1.dtd, depends on [2] (currently only in git)

If we renamed [2] to something line introspect-1.1.xsd, would this
break your tooling? If it does, how do we move forward?

The C&C tests repo has 61 references to introspect.xsd, the HAE repo
44. I assume there would need to be widespread updates as soon as 1.1
is published.
