Can you please take a look at the release plan for 16.10<https://wiki.allseenalliance.org/core/core_16.10_release_plan> and let me know if you think I can remove the **Draft** annotation. I think the only thing that may be missing is some of the bugs that fall into the "other working group request" category. I added the HAE one as it was obvious, but looking at the set of new features it wasn't obvious to me what the others might be. We can always update as we go forward.
