I've registered as a mentor with GSoC, I've subscribed to code-awards, and I've 
sent an email to [email protected] to see how they want us to handle 
tracking / tickets within our own Allura tracker. 

I am not sure where or what a GSoC Link Id is or where the 
committers/GSoCLinkId.txt file is.
