We've added a new step to the Allura build process to generate and publish API docs. What we have so far is here:
http://allura.sourceforge.net/docs/#api-documentation With this first round of API docs we tried to cover the key components needed to build an Allura plugin. Couple these docs with an example standalone plugin (http://sf.net/p/forgepastebin is a good one), and hopefully you'll have enough info to start creating your own Allura plugin.
