I haven't looked at it in depth, just heard about it. I think it might be useful to create a comparison page between Allura and similar software (phabricator, gitlab, those listed at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Forge_%28software%29 ) That could be a useful way for us to highlight differences and find areas we want to improve upon.
