Removing Users/Projects/Neighborhoods

As the subject states: How do you remove these things from the site?

Using Moderate, I have found that users are, in fact, removed from the user 
list, but then they show up in the projects list. Neighboorhoods do not appear 
to be removable at all, same goes for projects.
