Dear Jim M., Carlo & Jim S., Thanks a lot for your inputs. The reason that I wanted to know if those species names referred to a location of origin is because, when I investigate the soils and climate and of those places, it will give me insight as to whether those species will do well in my climate and where the best microclimate might be.
