"...I see them combined with the hardy Ackerman hybrid fall blooming camellias..." I have the Camellia sasanqua 'Pink Icicle'. The roses are pretty much through blooming by the time it is in full bloom. It is usually covered with pink (almost white) single blooms at Thanksgiving here. I call it my "election day" bush. I walk by it going to the nearby school to vote, and usually stop to admire it on my way back. So you can count on it in November. Elin Johnson
