I just woke up, but that could be T.florifer. In T. parryi the phyllaries are acuminate; in florifer they are acute. Generally twice as many in parryi. The flower color is usually bluish-purple in parryi. Pink is possible, but it points more toward florifer. Bob Nold Denver, Colorado, USA
