Hi. While trying to use my MIDI-Keyboard I encountered the following problems:
A test-program reading from the keyboard via OSS works with the OSS-drivers loaded but freezes my machine with ALSA. My own test-program using alsa-lib works when I use rawmidi to read from the keyboard to a buffer, but freezes my machine when I put "snd_rawmidi_nonblock (handle, 1);" between opening and reading. muse 0.4.14 works playing MIDI through my external synth (so does playmidi) but when I enable MIDI input my machine freezes.
