..main reason for joining this list, is it ever going to be fixed? :) Here is what i've learned about all my experiences so far with the Inspiron 8200 and the CS4205:
My kernel right now, it works fine for a few minutes then starts playing extremely choppy.. until I remove the module. Odd thing, if I turn APM off, this still happens but not as quick. And, when device is opened or closed, loud pops and clicks that I am pretty sure aren't good for my speakers at loud volumes happen.. I'm at a loss kinda here -- the oss/free drivers play audio but thats about it. If anyone has got this working or can help me, I'd appreciate it alot.. I would help with any developmental issues but my knowledge in coding things related to sound drivers are extremely lacking :/ -r -- Rodney "meff" Gordon II - [EMAIL PROTECTED] --> You will gain money by a fattening action. ------------------------------------------------------- This sf.net email is sponsored by: OSDN - Tired of that same old cell phone?
