This patch adds quirks to support USB MIDI with Yamaha and Midiman devices.
The support for Yamaha devices has been taken from the NetBSD umidi driver. The Midiman support is for devices with Midiman firmware (especially the USB Quattro). The Midisport devices can be used with either the Midiman firmware from the Windows drivers or with Lars Dölle's standard-compliant firmware. I've got neither a Yamaha nor a Midiman device, so this has not been tested. Clemens
