Hi, I downloaded and installed today's CVS ALSA and the following happened:
- no sound when using aplay - complete X-server lockup when trying to load OSS emulation modules. (Machine still pingable, though.) On reboot, the same thing happened except this time I received an oops. (Attached.) I strongly suspect today's memory-related changes. I am using a SB-Live! card with Linux-2.4.19-SMP.
