Hi,

i changed the management of (PCM) DMA buffers on the cvs version.
now there is a new module, snd-page-alloc, which includes the generic
memory allocators for various (bus) types. this module is independent
from snd module, so that it can keep the allocated buffers after snd-*
modules are un/reloaded. i.e. it works like snd-hammerfall-mem does,
but in more generic way.

this feature is useful for cards like ice1712 which need a big
continuous physical area.
the new alsasound init script keeps this module after stop operation.
so, if you find this module after alsasound stop, don't be surprised.

the changes have been done in the middle-layer, and they don't appear
much on the top or low-level code.
