Not sure. I've been having the same issue since Saturday.

I lodged a issue with the sf.net people, but it unlikely to be fixed
until the US comes on line in a couple of hours.

fwiw, i was just able to complete an anon cvs update. either the problem fixed itself or the sf folks found your report...
