Bit of an update...

I've managed to cobble something together from Paul Davis's two patches,
the newest hdsp9652 mixer patch, and just a bit of hand editing that
does load. It would not load, however, until I had rebooted. Prior to
rebooting, I had stopped Alsa, rmmod'ed all the sound drivers that were
left in memory, and then tried to start Alsa. It didn't work and
complained that it could not find the card. Following the reboot Alsa
was loaded automatically, and I can now start and stop it, so it appears
OK.

Unfortunately, no sound yet, but I've just barely started testing all
the combinations.

If anyone has any recommendations about any amixer commands I should
run, please pass them along.

On strange aspect of this new code is that alsamixer adjustments now
wrap from 100 back down to 0. That seems to be a bug, minor as it is.

Cheers,
Mark
