Hi, as many of you might expect, we're reaching to the ALSA version 1.0. Now as the 2.6.0-test kernel is being frozen, we also decided to freeze the ALSA 1.0 feature. The 1.0 release is scheduled at the end of October.
You can find some TODOs for 1.0 and 1.1 in the cvs repository (TODO-1.0, and TODO-1.1). If you have *important* bugs not listed there, please let us know. We'll try to fix before 1.0 release. Also, if you have pending patches, please submit them ASAP. Note that 1.0 is not the end of the world :) Most of enhancement is considered to be postponed after 1.0.
