oops, sorry, forgot. xmms works! except for adjusting the PCM-Volume, such 
is life... (this works on Intel, btw)
Is there any special trick regarding the ctl.* for plughw?
alsa-xmms is probably the newest one, I am using gentoo... i tried using 
diefferent mixer-card settings, but none did work.
