Mic input doesn't seem to work on the Soundstorm with the latest ALSA rc. Yes, I have checked that I have both 'CAPTURE' and 'Mic' set to full under ALSA mixer and its not a hardware fault as it was working fine when I was running RH9 with an earlier ALSA.
snd-intel8x0 gets listed twice during boot when it says 'Loading ALSA Modules' (or whatever). I'm running ALSA driver/lib/utils 1.0.0rc2 Linux 2.4.23 w/ XFS patch Mandrake 9.2 on a ASUS A7N8X and I'm using the onboard sound (NFORCE2/Soundstorm). PCM playback started working properly when I upgraded to the latest alsa-utils, MIDI works but recording doesn't.
