Hi!I have a new Acer Aspire V3 773G laptop. When I try to connect the HDMI output to my receiver I don’t get any audio output. It doesn’t seem that my receiver gets any audio data because it doesn’t give any status information. Is there a HDMI connect status as soon as the cable is plugged in? Or is the connection „dead” until audio/video is played?

If I use pulseaudio I have three stereo HDMI profiles and three 5.1 surround HDMI profiles. None of them give any sound.
