Hi,
I am using an SB Live 5.1, and successfully installed
the ALSA drivers. The problem I'm having is I can't figure
out the magic incantation to make amixer enable WAVE and
other outputs through the S/P-DIF connector on the card.
I have this working in Windows 2000, so I know my physical
S/P-DIF connections are good. I did get amixer to the
point of the amp recognizing an S/P-DIF signal, but my
XMMS output just ain't getting there. Any help would
be appreciated.
