Hi, I was wondering if someone might be able to help me with a few problems.
1. Is it possible to record from a PCM source (e.g. xine)? If so how? 2. When I play avi files through xine using the alsa09 sound plugin, there is a sort of buzzing or crackling which increases when the volume slider is increased. If I use the oss plugin instead the sound is fine. Any ideas anyone. 3. I have tried using audacity to record sounds, but when I click record it does nothing where as snd seems to work OK. Anyone got any ideas why audacity does not work.
