Hi! today I desided to give alsa a try with my <subj> I downloaded the latest version (0.9.0 beta10) compiled it, installed with\out any problems. The driver loaded fine.After that it took me some time to figure out that it's muted by default, and that's when the problems began. The problem is, that it sound VERY crappy. Also the mixer has to be set really high in order to hear anything at all. I tried it with the snd_external_amp=1, and it's exactly the same.
So, did anybody at all succeed to make this card work well with alsa? Or am I just wasting my time?
