I seem to only have rear outputs working. I discovered this by messing around alsamixer. No other volume control seems to let me adjust the front volume. I have read through some past emails, and the included documentation, and I can't figure out what's wrong. I am using kernel 2.4.16, and all of the modules are loading fine. From what I have dedeuced so far /etc/asound.conf has been replaced with /etc/asound.state. Though it will still try to load /etc/asound.conf if it is there. There are a plethora of mixer options, none of which seem to have any effect. Thanks for any help.
