This is SUMIDA Yasuhiro again.

I have just noticed a difference between the "/proc/ioports" file
on the machine with trouble and that on another machine without error.

"/proc/ioports" used in my machine with YMF724 (and in trouble)
0000-001f : dma1
0020-003f : pic1
0040-005f : timer
0060-006f : keyboard
0070-007f : rtc
0080-008f : dma page reg
00a0-00bf : pic2
00c0-00df : dma2
00f0-00ff : fpu
0170-0177 : ide1
01f0-01f7 : ide0
0340-035f : NE2000
0376-0376 : ide1
03c0-03df : vga+
03f6-03f6 : ide0
9000-9013 : usb-uhci
9c00-9c1f : eth0
a000-a00f : fdomain
f000-f007 : ide0
f008-f00f : ide1

"/proc/ioports" used in another machine with ALI5451 (working fine)
0000-001f : dma1
0020-003f : pic1
0040-005f : timer
0060-006f : keyboard
0070-007f : rtc
0080-008f : dma page reg
00a0-00bf : pic2
00c0-00df : dma2
00f0-00ff : fpu
0170-0177 : ide1
01f0-01f7 : ide0
0300-031f : pcnet_cs
0376-0376 : ide1
03c0-03df : vga+
03f6-03f6 : ide0
03f8-03ff : serial(auto)
7050-7057 : ide0
7058-705f : ide1
8000-80ff : ALI 5451

The record of I/O address for the sound card (YMF 724) is missing in
former /proc/ioports, while not in latter one (ALI 5451).

Can it be a hint to solve the problem?
