I'm not sure, but I would suggest that for the OSS compatability 
and the aumix type stuff...

The minor oss assignments that I did may well be the thing
that links the OSS up so the other mixers work right as the
mapping there IS to the PCM.

( I wish I knew for sure but I don't have time to read code )

Boy you've got a lot of modules.

I have nothing left to suggest c'ept try out the minor OSS stuff.

You're otherwise way beyond me ;)
