Hello. I tried to compile 2.5.5-pre1. I have two cards, one is a via686 and the other is a cs4281. I found the configuration selection for via686 but didn't find the one for the cs4281 although there's a module for the soundcard. There're a few glitches in the compilation and configuration that I want to report, but right now my mail client isn't working very well (probably because of the kernel upgrade). I'll report them when I have the time.
