ah, the digital output was not tested.  i suspect that the digital output
still doesn't work properly, although there is a mixer "ditial <>
analog" switch (found at the last of alsamixer).
(btw are you sure that digital signals come out of the green jack?)

i'd like to get a one somewhere near future, but until then, it's
difficult to test by myself..
