I am trying to configure the program "amixer"(alsa0.9.0rc2), and this giving the following message of error:
amixer: Mixer attach default error: Sound protocol is not compatible My sound card is a ALS4000 in the distribuition Conectiva Linux 8.0, kernel 2.4.18. Help-me please.
