yes ! it does not return any errors.. and it takes as long as i would expect the file to play (pop.wav returns almost instantly KDE_start.wav takes about 5 secs..) it is, just like everything works, only the sounds can't find their way to the speakers. > Does an audio CD play audibly (or mic. or line in) ? Well.. i attached my micro. couldn't hear myself. then i started arecord -d 10 /tmp/blub.wav it was completly silent. not a single noise is there any other info i could stat ?
