-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hello!
Some questions: Hardware Midi controller on my YMF-724. Does it work in linux, and, if it so, how to setup? I read MIDI.HOWTO, but none is working. Here is my modules.conf, alsa configarution part: - -------------------------------------------------------- alias char-major-116 snd options snd snd_major=116 snd_cards_limit=1 alias snd-card-0 snd-ymfpci options snd-ymfpci snd_mpu_port=0x330 snd_fm_port=0x388 alias char-major-14 soundcore alias sound-slot-0 snd-ymfpci alias sound-service-0-0 snd-mixer-oss alias sound-service-0-1 snd-seq-oss alias sound-service-0-3 snd-pcm-oss alias sound-service-0-8 snd-seq-oss alias sound-service-0-12 snd-pcm-oss above snd-ymfpci snd-pcm-oss above snd-pcm-oss snd-mixer-oss - ---------------------------------------------------------- Please tell me, what can I do to make midi working. If hardware chip is not supported, can I emulate this? But if it's working, please don't send me links to various howto, my english not so good and sometimes I don't understart, what authors of those howto mean.
