Hi I've searched the archive for this, and found a few people with this problem but didn't notice any solutions.
Every time I play a sound thru the ALSA drivers there is a popping sound at the start
of the playback. It seems to only occur when it has to "regrab" the sound card, since
if I send multiple sounds to it in sequence there aren't pops in between them.
I'm running rc3 on a Toshiba Satellite 3000 (intel8x0) with a low-latency patched
2.4.18 kernel.
