The solution is turning "Sync mODE" option in gamix to "Master" instead of "AutoSync". Also don't forget to set "ADAT1 Input" to "Internal". I've also set "IEC958 " to "internal" and "Sync Source" to "IEC958in". There's still an issue however :))) Now arecord won't record (it outputs instead a pulsing noise). Probably a command line problem (I didn't inspect this too much because I need it to work in CSound). I'd like to have some information of what I can make with ~/.asoundrc.
