Hi, I have a Delta 410 and the (8) analog outputs are mapped in stereo to dsp0, dsp1, dsp2 and dsp3. I don't know if the digital output works. Alsa comes with a mixer/routing tool called envy24control which (I believe) can make the routings you mention (I have not tried though). The tool is very similar to the one that comes with the Windows drivers.
