Hi! I have some strange problems with the ASUS P4PE onboard sound. I'm using ALSA 0.9.x and the sound works. The problem is that it's not coming out of the line-out plug but it's coming out of the microphone plug.
The BIOS POST voice messages and the Windows drivers use the right line-out plug. Only under linux the sound comes out of the microphone plug.
