Hello all, When I install the ALSA sound system from www.alsa-project on my Motherboard: A-open AGX4GE max with Intel 82801DBICH4, ALC650 the system reports a Rev 0. When I install the ALSA sound system from www.realtek.com on my Motherboard: A-open AGX4GE max with Intel 82801DBICH4, ALC650 the system reports a Rev 2. (I guess they made a tweaked version on a old version from Alsa) This is the first odd thing. But on both software drivers i cannot get the SPDIF output to run!! Did anybody solve this problem? The problem isn't hardware related, if I install the OSS soundsystem the spdif output seems to work fine! What am I doing wrong? can anybody give me a clue?
