Have you tried moving the SB Live to a different PCI slot?  I've
occasionally found that NVidia cards don't seem entirely helpful when
sharing IRQs.  Another way might be to try and change your IRQ routing -
are you using ACPI in the kernel?  If so, you could try passing the
"pci=noacpi" parameter on boot and see what you get.
