Has anyone had any success with configuring a Mad Dog Predator soundcard to
work with ALSA and Mythtv? The soundcard is using the C-Media 8738 chip.
When I try to play live tv or record, the video comes up but I don't get any
sound. The only sound I hear from the speakers is an inital crackling noise
when the video starts. I can play mp3's using the mythmusic modules. I tried
the settings that are listed in the soundcard matrix, but this hasn't
helped. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
