It works fine.

The card is a Nvidia Nforce 2 with the chip Realtek ALC650 rev 3.
With the file intel8x0.patch from cvs (release 1.0.3rc3 doesn't work too) it works.
Just replace the old file alsa-driver-xxx/pci/intel8x0.patch with the newest (provided by Takashi Iwai or the cvs version).

it's missing change_page_attr() used in intel8x0.c for workaround of mx440 h/w bug. fixed now on cvs. replace alsa-driver/pci/intel8x0.patch with the attached one.
